What we collect
Account information (name, email, phone), organization memberships, screening answers and scores, and basic usage metadata required to operate the Service.
How we use it
To deliver screenings, surface green/yellow/red alerts to coaches and parents you are linked to, manage paid assessment referrals, and improve the product.
Who can see your data
Athlete screening results are visible only to the athlete, their linked parents, coaches at clubs the athlete is a member of, and platform administrators. Row-level security is enforced at the database level.
Minors
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. Parents may request access or deletion of a minor's data at any time.
Your choices
You can update your profile, change notification preferences in Settings, or request account deletion by contacting us.
